I didn't know that finding a shortsword could make me so happy! There's no words to describe. It's like the game begins again. After much frustration and struggle, finding something just a little better feels SO GOOD. And it feels even better when I make progress, find a merchant, blacksmith and get access to even more weapons and upgrades. Let's Play Dark Souls II: My first playthrough and totally BLIND. I haven't played the game before and know nothing about the game as I start. And I don't want to know, so don't post spoilers in the comments, thank you! Generic and gameplay tips and hints are fine, but don't post boss strategies, anything about the story, exact weapon/loot locations or anything like that - I want to experience Dark Souls 2 for the first time on my own.
