We can reduce the risk of spreading the virus through our everyday actions and choices. • Keep a safe distance from others • Wash your hands • Cough into your sleeve or a tissue • If you think you’ve been infected, get tested • Wear a mask if you can’t keep a safe distance from others. • Download the Koronavilkku mobile app. Factors that increase the risk: • Crowded enclosed spaces with many people in the same place for a long time. • Prolonged contact with others, which increases the potential for droplet transmission. • Large crowds where it is difficult to keep a safe distance. • Strong exhalation, such as yelling, speaking loudly and singing. • Travelling to areas with a high rate of coronavirus infections.
