Finland begins the process of withdrawing from the Ottawa Treaty. A treaty that prohibited the use of anti-personnel land mines. We will also be increasing our defence spending to 3%. Russia has proven itself to be an aggressor - showing no signs of slowing down. The world is changing. But I believe Finland is making the right decision on defence. There is a difference between the world we want and the world that is. Some leaders (unfortunately) only respond to power. #russia #usa #finland #suomi
