Finland: 12-Year-Old Suspect Says Bullying Motivated School Shootin The 12-year-old boy, who is suspected of shooting and killing a fellow sixth grader and severely injuring two others in Finland, has revealed his motive for the attack. He said he had been motivated by bullying. The child had allegedly brought a relative's gun to school, shooting three and threatening several others. He was transferred to Viertola School in Vantaa, a city north of Finland's capital Helsinki, at the start of this year. Hundreds of candles had been lit and flowers laid on the ground outside the school as people mourned.
