Voters in Finland are preparing to elect a new president. They are choosing between Alexander Stubb, an ex-prime minister from the centre right, and Pekko Haavisto, a green former foreign minister. They emerged as the two front-runners from the first round two weeks ago: Stubb got 27.2 percent of the votes, Haavisto reached 25.8 percent.
