Pappus Chain a'la Käärijä, Bash version

For @creativecodeart Week 30 prompt AscII, also in honour of Käärijä in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. This is written in Bash and the colours are shown via ANSI sequences in Xterm. One challenge is that Bash only provides basic integer math, but with some scaling factors it works out nicely for circle inversion too. I've used similar techniques back in 2021 to draw Julia and Mandelbrot sets. I admit it's pretty slow, it took almost 20 minutes to render the 60 unique frames here.
