Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has claimed Russia didn't invade Ukraine in an exclusive interview with the BBC’s Russia Editor Steve Rosenberg. In this extended clip, Mr Lavrov said Russia had instead declared a special military operation in Ukraine.
