Using a face mask First wash or sanitise your hands. Pull the ear straps behind your ears so that the folds on the front of the mask point downwards. Press the top of the mask on the bridge of your nose and with your other hand pull the lower edge of the mask under your chin. Do not touch the part that covers your face. Shape the adjustable nose clip by pressing it over the bridge of your nose so that the mask fits as tightly as possible on your face. Ensure that the lower edge of the mask sits tightly under your chin. Do not touch the mask after this. Remove the mask with sanitised hands by the ear straps. Immediately place a disposable mask in the bin and a cloth mask in a plastic bag or directly into the washing machine. Wash or sanitise your hands after removing the mask. Also remember to: Stay home if you are not well Keep a safe distance Wash your hands and use hand sanitiser Cough and sneeze into a handkerchief or your sleeve
