There has been a lot of speculation that President Trump's speech and demeanor has changed since he became the president. I had to make this comparison video to see if that's true. In 2015 he didn't read from a teleprompter – now he does (the teleprompter is seen in the original videos). He seems to be a bit more tired at the end of his speeches and MAYBE uses less his left hand than 4 years ago. Do you see any difference?
