Quarter turn exercise

This is juggling exercise for beginners and advanced jugglers. You can modify it according to your skill level and in the video Ill show you how. Its made with three, four and five clubs, but you can also use other props like rings and balls. You can also use more if you want to. Three steps for this exercise: 1) throw first. First focus on your throw, to make sure it will go to the right direction and hight. Dont turn before youve finished that throw. 2) then turn. After your throw its time to turn that 90degrees. Dont turn too early, wait until that throw before has left your hand. Make sure that you finish that turn completely, to make it full 90degrees, before continuing your pattern. 3) continue juggling. Make sure that you have fully turned before starting juggling after turn, to make sure that the pattern will be on the right direction. This is a very useful exercise and can be used with any juggler, no matter what level theyre on. If you think youre too good for this, then do it with seven clubs. Haha!
