Tutorial video on how to do pirouette with a head balance, like balancing stick. In this video I provide some tips and theory on how to learn this. Extra tip that is not on the video: Depending on your posture, tucking your chin usually helps to keep your forehead in place during the pirouette. Experimenting with the placement of the balance on your forehead, more up or down, is helpful.
