FLOOR TECH: KNEE SPIN This is tutorial for knee spin, with hoop. What you do with your hoop, it’s up to you, I show you one option here 🧚🏼‍♂️🧚🏾‍♀️🧚🏼‍♂️🧚🏾‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚🏼‍♂️🧚‍♀️🧚🏽‍♂️🧚‍♀️🧚🏽‍♂️🧚‍♀️🧚🏽‍♂️ If you put your right knee first on the floor, you will turn right and left knee comes down while you start turning and follow the right knee. After spin, your right leg will open ( your knee goes up, your foot on the ground) and your right leg will help you stand up. If you like to use your left leg more, then do it opposite, put your left knee first on the floor, turn to left and your right knee comes down while you turning and will follow the left knee, then your left leg will lift you up. When you get up, think someone is pull you from top of the head. 👉you might wanna use knee pads Your hoop is doing smear when you are on the floor, when you stand, make turn and same time do one hand isolation ( or whatever you like to called it.. not sure :D) Anyway, have fun, play and explore what else you can do with hoop 👌
