Laulu teologian opintojen ensimmäiseltä vuodelta. Oli iso ja vapauttava oivallus ymmärtää, että Jeesus on se, joka tässä suojelee ja puolustaa, ja minä se, jota suojellaan ja puolustetaan. This song was written back in 1996 when I started my studies at the theological faculty of a pretty liberal state university. It was a very relieving insight to understand that in the end, it's Jesus who's protecting and taking care of me, not me defending him against all the teachers tearing the Bible apart. In this song I have two different steps in my preset: one for harmonica (with modulations, doublings and pitch correction turned off) and second one for vocals with all this stuff on or on-turnable with hit-button.
