The Invisible Player -- Playing with the Music Musical improvisation is an important part of improvising today, yet some improvisers are intimidated by music. This Musical Improv workshop encourages players to keep it simple, listen, and bring it! Improvisers will gain insight on how to work together with a musician. From breaking out into song, following the Musical Director, or exploring new emotional and character discoveries. We'll begin by letting the people feel the music and interact with it, allowing the improvisors to get comfortable with singing and playing with music. This workshop will give you the opportunity to explore what different musical elements and genres can do to your scene, how to exist in those genres, and how to build up into song.
