In this episode, Toivo has a talk with co-founder of Helsinki Left Nick Walters. Helsinki Left is an immigrant-led, grassroots chapter of Left Alliance, which works to better represent and integrate minority groups in Finnish politics. Nick is standing as a candidate in the Finnish local elections. In this episode, Toivo and Nick talk about the elections, but also about politics in general, and the ways that Nick and Helsinki Left have encouraged and facilitated immigrant participation in politics.
