ARTtech seminars: Hot off the press: our recent results from SIGGRAPH 2013

I will describe two papers just published in the highly competitive SIGGRAPH technical papers program. The first, Gradient-Domain Metropolis Light Transport, is a fundamentally novel way of generating images. The second, Practical SVBRDF Capture in the Frequency Domain, produces realistic surface material appearance models suitable for real-time rendering, using only commodity hardware.
