Finland is resigned to joining NATO without Sweden

Foreign minister Pekka Haavisto concedes that Stockholm’s delay would not deter Finland’s determination. In October Sweden snd Finland together applied to join NATO in consequence of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Turkey and Hungary must ratify their admission.
