(final video version, unfinal sound) Everything started with the number 8. Then came the Octagon, a clear representation of the number. Then came the formula: 8 X 8 and 8 X 8 X 8; 64 and 512. There is 64 revolving Octagons in the video. The length the video is 512 seconds. Each Octagon is revolving 8 times around itself and each is appearing in the video at 8 seconds intervals, thus each Octagon is slightly faster than the previous one. The mathematical formula enabled mysterious beauty and wonder. There is intricate patterns at the end of the video that the artist hadn't and couldn't foresee. There is indeed beauty in the numbers. Sound part in this video isn't following the formula as planned. The original plan for this work was an installation with projection and 8 channel sound. Each speaker would have placed in the pattern of Octagon around the installation room. In the speakers there would be 8hz sinewave appearing in similar pattern, first the 8hz in the first speaker and after 8 seconds 16hz in the second speaker and so on, until there would be 8 simultaneous sinewaves in each speaker. For this version the audio part is only downmixed version of the the first speaker: 8hz, 72hz, 136hz... at 64 seconds interval.
