Finnish police says bullying was motivation for school shooting that killed one, injured two

핀란드 경찰, 학교 총기난사 사건 학교폭력 때문 Finnish police said on Wednesday, that the school shooting in the city of Vantaa the previous day was a result of bullying. Lead investigator Detective Chief Inspector Marko Sarkka said in a statement that the sole suspect of the shooting, a 12-year-old boy, was apparently bullied which was the motive for the attack. A 12-year-old boy was killed and two girls of the same age were injured in the attack. According to a study by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, Finland has seen an increase in bullying in schools, with almost one out of ten pupils around 12 years of age saying that they have been a target at least once a week.
