Ukraine: Russian forces attack Chernihiv market in spite of Putin's pledge to withdraw

There were also reports on Wednesday of attacks on Kyiv. In Donetsk, two people were killed as of Wednesday evening when a Ukrainian missile hit an apartment block building. It came as the country's government said Russian forces were intensifying attacks in eastern Donetsk.
