CHOCOLATE HOOP (demo) 2017 "The performer licked the sculptor's hands." A visual artist sculpted a hoop with chocolate and plastic. The equipment made out of chocolate melts away along with the movement of the performer. The air is hot, the chocolate smells sweet. The melted chocolate transplants the equipment onto the performer’s skin. The sculptor sculpts. The equipments come and go. It’s the twirl of the hoop. The hoop smears the performer’s body in chocolate. We know this is a half-naked female body covered in chocolate. So what? Let’s talk about it.
