TABULA RASA or the (im)possibility of building a generation. 31 October 2014 – 23 November 2014, MUU Galleria and MUU Kaapeli, Helsinki, Finland. Traveling exhibition curated by Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta and Pau Waelder. Produced by Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics in collaboration with Institut Balear de la Joventut. Tabula Rasa or the (im)possibility of building a generation puts together the recent work of 20 artists from the Balearic Islands (Spain), born in the 1980s and the early 1990s. Curated by Pau Waelder and Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta, the traveling exhibition is accompanied by a book, a website and a series of video interviews. The exhibition took place initially at Es Baluard Contemporary Art Museum in Palma de Mallorca in summer 2014, and is now hosted at MUU Gallery and MUU Cable in Helsinki.
