Where Is The Audience? As improvisers we are putting our focus on storytelling. What if we create a great story but the audience is not with us? During this workshop we will use physical comedy and clown techniques to stay in contact with the audience. We will explore how to use our breathing with the space to build a solid stage presence, and various muscle tensions to create different characters on the spot. We will see how we can make other improvisers' lives easier by giving them a good impulse with our voice and body. We will embrace "the flop". What is a flop? We are on stage and everything we try is not working. A nightmare, or the best opportunity to create something beautiful with our audience and with the other improvisers that share the stage with us?
